Not happy with your purchase? You have 14 days to ask, and we review every request fairly. The full details:
Who processes payments and refunds
ShortThumbs subscriptions ($5/month or $49/year) are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing, taxes, and refunds. The charge on your card statement comes from Paddle — that is normal, and it is still us on the other end.
14-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your payment date.
Requests are reviewed case-by-case
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Accidental renewals, or a subscription charged in error, are typically approved. Extended use of paid features (exports at 2K/4K, premium templates and textures, and so on) weighs against a refund.
How to request one
Contact us at contact@shortthumbs.com from the address on your account. Tell us which charge and what happened — we will review and, if approved, coordinate the refund through Paddle back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
After a refund
Your account drops back to the Free plan, which is fully usable forever. Your designs stay on your device either way — nothing is deleted.
Cancelling instead of refunding
If you simply do not want to be charged again, you do not need a refund: cancel any time from the subscription link in your receipt email and keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Your statutory rights
Some regions have mandatory statutory refund rights (for example EU consumer law). Those apply regardless of this policy — nothing here limits them.
